While the world is deteriorating around us, our president decides that he doesn't like the new "Star Spangled Banner" in Spanish. Also, on Monday, a large number of legal (and illegal) immigrants took off of work. Is our president happy?
Who cares?
Well, for gamers, E3 2006 just came around, and fans are raving like mad. The new Nintendo system has been revealed, Xbox360 is going down the drain rapidly, and the PS3 is paving the streets.
HOWEVER....
Xenosaga III: Also Sprach Zarathustra (an amazing book) had its own little place in E3. Looks like the final end to the series (originally to be 6 episodes, now 3) will be released in the fall.
*SPOILERS!!!*

Synopsis:
"As the story goes, a mysterious relic was discovered 4,000 years ago that pretty much destroyed the world. The human race doesn't let that get to them, though, and instead they develop advanced techniques for fighting the very mysterious and very dangerous species of creatures known as the Gnosis. An advanced weapon known as KOS-MOS is developed to once again return peace to the universe, but the weapon falls into the wrong hands, which causes all kinds of trouble for everybody. Episode three picks up one year after the end of episode two, and revolves around the character of Shion from the previous game. Shion has left Vector Industries because she suspects that the company is corrupt and evil. She joins up with a group known as the Scientia, and begins investigating the cause of the Gnosis epidemic.

There's a new weapon this time around, known as T-elos. T-elos looks very much the same as KOS-MOS, but is apparently even more powerful. In one cutscene we saw, T-elos effortlessly destroyed dozens of Gnosis to display her enhanced abilities. But we're told that, as in the previous games, suspicions, corruption, and dark motives abound, and it's your job to sort it all out."
For those of you who LOVE the cutscenes (like I do) there will be over 8 hours worth of cutscenes planned. I believe that's either as much or more than the first episode.
For boys loving girls, there are collectible swimsuits and traps that can be set to destroy field enemies. (Trapt by Tecmo, anyone?)
The game will be released some time in the fall. Let's hope it's better than the second one. Check back with me for more!
*END OF SPOILERS*
Other games, that I'm looking forward to, include the kid's game "Snoopy v.s. the Red Baron" (YAY!). I LOVE SNOOPY!
Well, moving on, reviewers are giving Silent Hill (the movie) a C, and Stick It a B.

News is that SH is hardly scary, and is, in fact, dumb, if you've played the games. The worst is in the games. The only thing that I hear is scary, even scary to fans, is when Pyramid Head comes in, full-fledged character, and starts to kill people. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME!
Stick It, however, is called "boring" and "an average sports movie. Nothing particular".
Well, that's all. Check back with me later for more info.
